By accessing or using NebulaNodes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
NebulaNodes provides Minecraft server hosting services including server provisioning, management tools, backups, and DDoS protection. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without permission.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities, distributing malware, launching attacks against other systems, hosting pirated content, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support if you believe you are entitled to a refund.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
NebulaNodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after account termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
