Report illegal content or abusive behaviour on a server hosted by us. We review every report and act where necessary.

What do you want to report?

Single point of contact (Digital Services Act)

Authorities, the European Commission and users can reach us directly at contact@nebulanodes.cloud (Art. 11 and 12 DSA). We communicate in English and German.

We do not check content on customer servers in advance. When we receive a report, we review it, may stop or suspend the affected server and inform the customer about our decision and its reasons. Customers can object to a decision via a support ticket. Details are in our Terms of Service, section 9.

Please report emergencies and immediate threats to life or safety to the police.
